How to Use 911 The Coral Springs Emergency Communications Center (ECC) is the Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) for all 9-1-1 calls placed within the City of Coral Springs, Parkland, and Coconut Creek. In addition to voice 9-1-1 calls, the ECC also receives and processes text to 9-1-1.
