Do you only issue ecards?

Yes, The American Heart Association is committed to improving the eCards experience by making our online tools more intuitive, simple, and safe. We know managing printed cards can be time-consuming, difficult, and costly, as well as result in security risks. eCards make issuing course completion cards simple, secure, and efficient, and help to mitigate risks that can accompany issuance of paper cards, such as counterfeit cards. eCards also allow the Training Network to immediately issue eCards, decreasing the time it takes students to receive them. 

I want to be able to have a hard-copy proof-of-training. Is that still possible?

Yes. Once students claim their eCard, they have the option to print it. Flexible eCard formats allow students to print a full or wallet-sized physical copy of their card, making it easy to show proof they have successfully completed training requirements.

Do you have a refund policy?

Unless the class is cancelled a refund will not be given.
